Elastic is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive for Digital Natives to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. Our Enterprise Account Executives are individual contributors passionate about building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within accounts and ensuring our customers are optimally leveraging Elastic cloud solutions across their organization. What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for new business acquisition and revenue growth across Digital Native accounts (startups unicorns digital-first enterprises) in North India.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead consultative sales cycles using use-case driven selling. Collaborate with pre-sales marketing and customer success to accelerate deal cycles
- Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within Accounts by helping users and customers derive value from their data sets
- Serving as an evangelist for our Open Source offerings while communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of our commercial features
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across Product Engineering and IT to uncover new business opportunities drive the sales process end-to-end and close complex high-value deals.
- Building a robust business plan through community customer and partner ecosystems to achieve significant Elastic growth within your accounts
- Ensure accuracy in pipeline forecasting and commit tracking
What You Bring
- Shown success in selling SaaS subscriptions to VC-backed or high-growth digital businesses with consistent quota overachievement and strong customer endorsements.
- Strong executive presence in North Indias startup ecosystem preferred and ability to drive value-led conversations
- A deep understanding and preferably experience selling into the ecosystem we live in including Enterprise Search GenAI Observability Security and Cloud
- An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day

- Have previously worked in Digital Native accounts.
- Previous experience selling in an Open Source model
