Your role and responsibilities
Based at Riverside Lowestoft youll lead a dynamic team that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling independent lives.

The team
Our Learning Disability and Autism North Team is a passionate supportive group that embraces a strengths-based approach guided by the Signs of Safety and Wellbeing model. We empower individuals by building on their strengths and helping them achieve their goals.
The team includes a Team Manager Senior Practitioner Social Workers and Senior Independence and Wellbeing Practitioners. We operate a hybrid working model offering flexibility between home and office-based work.
