Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the preparation of food with regard to the standards and recipes of the restaurant. Follows the Steps of SIRvice to create a memorable unique and exceptional Guest Experience providing consistent service as we master the Art of Hospitality by delivering an authentic craveable experience for every Guest every time.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
- Ability to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
- Ability to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to cold (below -18C) and hot temperatures (above 60C) throughout the shift.
- Ability to hear understand and respond to Team Members requests in a loud environment.
- Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties such as cutting vegetables and preparing menu items.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Available to work all restaurants operating hours based on said set availability.
- Food Handler Certification is desirable.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Previous restaurant experience or culinary education is an asset.
- Ability to understand and follow directions from others.
