Hiring Opportunity: Mentor Ohio
How client is looking to hire a General Manager for their facility in Mentor Ohio! Our client is a leader in Welding fabrication and industrial maintenance services!
The General Manager would be responsible for the day to day manufacturing activities coordinating activities of the production department and support departments training employees and planning assigning and direct work.
Qualified candidate would need experience in Welding and Fabrication Management Looking over quoting documents Scheduling Planning directing work and appraising performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Look over day to day manufacturing activities
- Coordinate activities of the production department with various support departments
- Ensure that all plant goals are met in timely manner
- Interviewing
- Hiring
- Training all Employees
- Planning assigning and directing work throughout facility
- Resolving problems within facility and build up team
Job Requirements:
- 8 years of experience within Welding and Fabrication Management
- Scheduling and Planning Plant activities
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and Fabrication Practices
- Ability to Read and interpret General Arrangement Drawings
- Past experience in Team Building
- Knowledge of Job Costing and PnL is a Plus
