This position provides primary reception responsibilities and administrative support for Student Life Communications (SLC) and the SLC unit staff to ensure daily operation of SLC. This position performs a wide range of tasks that require a high level of independence and discretion judgment and confidentiality. Responsibilities include managing schedules assistance with project/strategic initiatives coordinating meetings and overseeing the procurement of office supplies all while maintaining a high level of organization. Effective communication problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role as they contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
