We are a vehicle accessory distributor for General Motors and Ford. We distribute vehicle accessories to over 170 dealerships in Missouri and Illinois thru our 3 warehouse locations.
The ADI Customer Service representative will perform a variety of customer service e-comm fulfillment orders and administrative functions all with the goal of achieving company sales objectives maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction promoting a safe and productive work atmosphere and contributing to our culture. This role requires tactful courteous and professional phone skills analytical aptitude a customer serving mindset patience under stressful conditions and a strong will to achieve. VIP/ADI Customer Service is generally familiar with the products promotions and processes provided by VIP/ADI General Motors and Ford. Utilizing seasoned attention to detail the VIP/ADI Customer Service representative provides each dealership customer with premium service and product knowledge.
By effectively maintaining meaningful relationships with our customers an ADI Customer Service representative can help drive sales growth and increase dealership engagement contributing to the overall success of the ADI. This is a Full time position Monday thru Friday 8-5 no weekends.
