Join us in building a stronger brighter future for the youth and families of Rate: $25.00/hourEligible Age: 18 years and olderOverview:Academic Enrichment Educator Support staff are experienced team members who have demonstrated reliability initiative and strength in supporting students on IEPs (Individualized Education Programs). AEES staff are flexible responsive creative and capable of meeting an individual students evolving needs under the guidance of the ELP Leadership Team. Higher preference is given to applicants who are trauma informed with a background in behavior support but this training will also be provided. Responsibilities: * Provide direct support to an individual student on an IEP. * Assist in maintaining positive routines and student engagement * Support program-wide initiatives or tasks as assigned by the AEL * Help create a welcoming inclusive and safe environment for all students * Communicate effectively with team members and students Eligibility & Considerations: * AEES must be 18 years old * AEES must have at least one full year of experience working with youth* AEES must demonstrate the ability to support classroom management student learning and broader program needs * Assignments and roles may vary day-to-day and are determined at the discretion of the AEL
