Are you an organized proactive communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments Join us as a Project Manager where youll play a key role in coordinating international development teams and driving continuous improvement across global projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovation and efficiency within a dynamic forward-thinking organization.
Support the Project Management team and assist colleagues in adapting to cultural and organizational change
Act as a liaison between development teams and leadership across Engineering Product Management and Operations
Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and in accordance with established methods
Organize and lead progress meetings sharing minutes and action items with stakeholders
Monitor processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency
Communicate project updates using PowerPoint and professional project management tools
Track and report on KPIs to evaluate project quality and team performance
Collaborate with teams across the US Europe and Asia as needed
Experience in project management or coordination within engineering electronics or R&D environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Flexible solution-oriented mindset with an interest in innovation and R&D
Basic understanding of electronics
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and foster collaboration across global teams
Familiarity with professional project management tools (e.g. MS Project Trello Jira)
Exposure to cross-cultural or international teams
Additional language skills (e.g. German French)
Knowledge of Agile or Lean development methodologies
Understanding of product lifecycle management in technical or manufacturing contexts

Our Belluno (Italy) manufacturing site employs over 200 dedicated team members who provide exceptional training hospitality and customer service ensuring the correct selection of controllers and efficient after-sales support.
Our brand-new Innovation Center spans 1000 sq.m and features a cutting-edge research and development laboratory. This state-of-the-art facility allows us to test control systems directly on counters cabinets and compressor racks under real-world environmental and operational conditions.
