Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Projects
Location: London / Chessington / South East
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: Competitive DOE

We're supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, with involvement across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs from start to finish

  • Prepare valuations, cost reports, and payment applications

  • Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts

  • Support with contract administration and change management

  • Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong background in shafts and tunnelling

  • Knowledge of IChemE contracts

  • Minimum 5 years' QS experience, including at least 2 years at Senior level

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standard contract forms

  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
