Job Description
Job Title: Oracle ADF Developer
Local Candidate Preferred
Location: New York NY (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications utilizing Oracle ADF ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain ADF Business Components task flows and user interfaces using technologies like ADF Faces and ADF BC4J.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to meet evolving business needs.
- Perform code reviews and implement best practices to maintain code quality and reusability.
- Develop and execute unit tests for application functionality ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues providing timely support and resolutions.
- Document application designs and development processes ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in Oracle ADF development.
- Strong understanding of Java J2EE architecture and related web technologies.
- Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Oracle ADF certification.
- Experience integrating ADF solutions with web services.
Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and deployment processes.
