Job Summary:
This role is for a Registered Nurse responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to patients. The RN will perform patient assessments administer medications develop treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

- Maintaining and cleaning equipment (if applicable)
- Performing clerical and communication duties (if applicable)
- Documenting patient care (if applicable)

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum two years of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- BLS certification (if applicable)
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room settings.
- Experience with vents/trachs/PICC lines (if applicable)
Special Considerations:
- Day shift 8 hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Floating between units is required.
- Block scheduling is at the managers discretion.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- RTO must be included at time of submission.
- One call-off allowed per two-week pay period.
- Acute care hospital setting.

- Shift assignments and block scheduling are subject to manager approval.
