Job Description
Job Title: LPN
Job Location: Keene New Hampshire
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document vital signs patient conditions and progress.
- Assist in the development and modification of patient care plans.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions treatment plans and self-care techniques.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Supervise and support unlicensed nursing staff ensuring quality care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician.
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
