INTAKE NOTES:
- Pay rate: $$$$-$$$$/hr depending on experience
- Shift hours - 7A-330P (with some flexibility)
- Extension possible
-pallet jacks/riders and forklifts NOT required

Skillset Matrix Manager Notes
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs systems etc) Oracle or MRP/ERP experience preferred but not necessary. Comfortable on computers/inventory systems.
What does a typical day look like (daily tasks) Packaging unpackaging delivering parts kitting parts picking parts shipping parts.
Preferred background/prior work experience Warehouse or MFG experience preferred.
Priority soft skills Flexible to work in multiple departments/functions.
Position Summary
Under general supervision dismantle adjust rework repair and perform packaging of equipment according to assembly drawings schematics and procedures with the general understanding of compliance requirements. Responsible for maintaining quality & safety standards and Operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
Organize and verify packaging components. Perform instrument packaging in a safe & timely fashion per procedures or technical documents.
Complete and maintain quality and packaging documentation as required
Comply with participate in and maintain 6S events and follow ups
Maintain and/or participate in daily management boards (if applicable)
Assists with/completes inventory transactions
Initiates proper disposition of defective parts using NCE process
Accountable for inventory accuracy
Accountable for daily completion of NCE process
Able to work in a team environment
Perform equipment maintenance as required
Understand and comply with all work safety rules and regulations
Participate in cross-training to meet schedule needs
Work on special projects as requested
Ability to work overtime to meet production schedule as needed
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
At least 1 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
Skills
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) knowledge a plus
Basic Knowledge of ORACLE and AGILE application preferred
Basic knowledge of hand tools such as screwdrivers wrenches torque tools crimpers soldering multi-meter and oscilloscope
Ability to read and follow assembly drawings procedures and schematics
Ability to follow Hologic written procedures to maintain GMP compliance and ISO 13485 certification.
Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is a preferred
Must be able to read and understand English
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Detail oriented and accurate
Physical Demands

Sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects tools or controls.
Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
Lifting/pushing/pulling and carrying products weighing up to 45 pounds
Potential Exposure to moving mechanical parts vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
Potential Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
Safety Shoes compliant with site specific policies/procedures must be worn in designated areas
