Job Title: Oracle Developer (PL/SQL and SQL Development)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Developer with advanced PL/SQL and SQL development skills complemented by Oracle DBA experience to join our clients team supporting Commercial Loan systems within the ICS domain.
This is a hybrid role based in Wilmington DE ideal for professionals who bring both backend development expertise and database administration proficiency in high-performance data-intensive financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL and SQL code to support business applications.
- Administer and monitor Oracle databases including performance tuning backups and capacity planning.
- Work closely with application teams to ensure seamless data integration and backend workflow management.
- Ensure data integrity availability and security across systems.
- Participate in release and deployment activities ensuring minimal disruption to live environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a financial services setting particularly within the commercial loans domain.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development.
- Solid hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA including tuning monitoring and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of data models in financial systems especially in Commercial Loans.
- Proficiency with Oracle database administration tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with other financial services platforms.
- Knowledge of ICS (Information and Communication Systems) architecture.
- Experience in agile development environments.
