Job Description
Overview
Join our clients extraordinary care team as a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse. This full-time position in Lords Valley PA offers a supportive environment and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have an RN license an Associate degree and two years of RN experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Lords Valley and surrounding areas
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule efficiently
- Demonstrate experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software
Schedule and Shift Details
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.
- Local travel required (20% of your day driving to/from patient locations).
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Please provide your RN License Number (Required for Name-Clear)
