Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in SAP Concur to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical implementation driving system enhancements integrations and support for travel and expense (T&E) management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for SAP Concur.
Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (Expense Travel Request Invoice etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday).
Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting issue resolution and user training.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance IT HR Procurement) to optimize T&E workflows.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and change control procedures.
Support audits and ensure the solution complies with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Business Administration or related field.
3 7 years of hands-on experience in a techno-functional role with SAP Concur.
Strong understanding of business processes related to travel expense and invoice management.
Experience with SAP Concur configuration user support and reporting (e.g. Cognos or Intelligence Reporting).
Familiarity with integration tools/APIs between SAP Concur and ERP platforms.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
