Job Description
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days remote) Toronto Canada
Experience: 5 Years
Role Summary: We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will work on our clients project focused on data pipeline optimization non-compliance detection and automated campaign enablement. Youll be part of a team supporting key data workflows across marketing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build robust ETL pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable data flow across platforms.
- Create data models and workflows tailored to business needs and campaign objectives.
- Establish and maintain data validation rules to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze diverse data sources to identify trends and behavioral patterns among non-compliant users.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on advanced user data analysis.
- Optimize existing data infrastructure to support automated marketing campaigns.
- Enhance the scalability and performance of data architecture for high-impact operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience building ETL pipelines and managing databases.
- Proficient in Python advanced SQL and Spark.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Airflow Git Snowflake and DBT.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Analytics.
- Background in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related field.
- Proven analytical decision-making with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic influencing abilities.
- Confident working with BI tools and Excel.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bonus if youve worked with Power BI.
- Experience in data science ML or MLOps is a plus.
Certifications: Not mandatory but relevant certifications in data engineering or analytics tools are a plus.
