Job Description

Role: Performance Engineer

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: Around 3 weeks

Description:

Performance Engineer person who can fix performance related issue for our client as they are migrating from On-perm to Cloud.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of Vertafore ecosystem: ImageRight AMS360 or PL Rating

Familiarity with AIM back-end batch processes (Accounting Policy Upload Document Management)

Experience in multisite / Citrix-hosted AIM environments

Ability to interpret lock contention deadlocks or transaction blocking

Experience documenting optimization efforts baselining KPIs and measuring improvements

Experience with change impact assessment and regression avoidance strategies

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field

5 years of professional software development experience

Minimum 2 years directly working on Vertafore AIM product

Proven experience in application performance tuning and system diagnostics

Strong communication skills to articulate technical issues to cross-functional teams
