JOB TITLE: F-16 Sheet Metal Production
LOCATION: Greenville SC
PAY RATE: Up to $38/hour

Summary:
-
Performs fabrication assembly installation and repair of internal and external aircraft structures on the F-16 production line following technical manuals engineering drawings and FAA regulations.
-
This is hands-on production work requiring the ability to climb on fuselage parts stand kneel and use ladders/stands as needed.

Install fasteners; drill bulkheads skins and fuselage components
-
Perform heavy precision drilling countersinking and reaming of close-tolerance holes
-
Modify and assemble aircraft structures in a live production environment

Interpret and work from blueprints and engineering documents
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
8 years of aviation production drilling/structures work (must be clearly listed on resume)

4 6 years of aircraft sheet metal drilling experience required
-
6 years of general sheet metal experience
-
2 4 years of aircraft sheet metal repair experience
-
4 6 years of blueprint reading experience
-
Current or recent (within last 2 years) precision aircraft drilling experience is required

Live aircraft production experience is required bench-only mechanics will not be considered

Candidates must be dependable hands-on and physically capable of performing tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Must be flexible team-oriented and able to work off-shifts as required.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
