Role Overview
We re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the team responsible for student engagement and operational support across the study abroad journey. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment can align cross-functional stakeholders and brings operational clarity and structure to scale student-facing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Be a good listener 1+ years of overseas education experience. Well-versed with counseling and processes for admissions for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc Willingness to learn and be humble Graduation/ Masters in Counselling or psychology will be an advantage
