Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined and process-driven Sales Operations Manager with an ex-Defence background and 8 10 years of private sector experience. The role focuses on streamlining sales processes improving efficiency and supporting sales teams to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient sales processes.
Analyze data to create sales forecasts and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with business objectives.
Shortlist train and support sales representatives.
Manage CRM tools and sales automation systems.
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Ex-Defence/Army professional with early retirement.
8 10 years of experience in sales operations or business development.
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
Experience with CRM and sales tools.
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP Understanding of MVC design patterns Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming Understanding accessibility and security compliance (Depending on the specific project) Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes Familiarity with SQL database and their declarative query languages From Computers Science/ BCA/ MCA Team handling experience is an added advantage.
