Job Description
Architect
Location: Edappally Padivattom
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: in Architecture (Mandatory)
Salary: 30000 - 40000 CTC per month
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop detailed architectural plans and presentations
- Manage end-to-end project execution from concept to completion
- Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved designs
- Prepare working drawings 3D models and ensure compliance with regulations and codes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree () in Architecture is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and related software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
