- Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer (On-Prem)

On-Prem Infrastructure Experience
5 years in managing on-premises infrastructure including servers storage and virtualization for DCDR setups
Must be explicitly project-based
Server Storage & Virtualization
Installation configuration migration for DCDR; experience with at least one: VMware / Hyper-V / ProxMox
Hands-on is mandatory
Monitoring Tools
ManageEngine OPM
Must be clearly mentioned
Logging Tools
Splunk
Must have practical experience
Security & Compliance
IAM RBAC Firewall TLS/SSL VPN; familiarity with ISO 27001 SOC 2 GDPR
Project-based proof needed
Networking & Load Balancing
Protocols: TCP/IP DNS HTTP/S VPN; Tools: Nginx HAProxy ALB/ELB
Strong foundational implementation experience required
Database & Storage
MySQL PostgreSQL MSSQL; Storage: SAN NAS
Must be included in recent infra work
Automation & Scripting
Python Bash PowerShell Go and Ansible
At least two scripting languages Ansible experience required
Soft Skills
