Job Description

Mortgage Administrator

Support broker operations in a hybrid coordinator role within the insurance industry. Leverage your experience in customer service data entry and CRM tools like Salesforce to provide sales and technical support for broker platforms such as AMS and SafetyCatch. Hybrid work model with growth potential.

Hourly salary of $27 to $30 based on experience.
12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: in-office Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage lender and broker profiles.
Provide operational support for Broker Sales Centre (BSC) systems including AMS and SafetyCatch.
Respond to inquiries related to policy information broker compensation and product training via phone and email.
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to Production Support when necessary.
Maintain client relationships and identify areas for platform and process improvement.
Collaborate with the team to support key business initiatives and special projects.
Assist in onboarding and training new specialists.
Deliver high-quality customer service in a hybrid environment.

What you will need to succeed:

Postgraduate education or equivalent relevant experience.
3 4 years of experience in data entry administration or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team.
Flexible and willing to take on new tasks to support the sales team.
Experience in the mortgage creditor industry is an asset.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages is an asset but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
