We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships identifying business opportunities and supporting the overall sales process. Youll work directly with clients to understand their needs provide solutions and ensure satisfaction through top-tier service.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Identify new business opportunities and upsell services
Handle inquiries and resolve client issues in a timely manner
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
1-3 years of experience in account management sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
