Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati OH. In this role you will support client service accounts by managing administrative tasks coordinating communication and ensuring seamless service delivery. Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team
Monitor and manage service requests ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Assist in preparing client reports presentations and account documentation
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service updates
Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure service quality
Support the onboarding process for new client accounts
Identify and suggest process improvements for better client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a support or client-facing role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
