We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and help ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team assist in managing client relationships and help drive the success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
Prepare sales presentations reports and documentation
Coordinate client meetings and maintain schedules
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Assist with order processing and tracking
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all communication and materials are aligned with brand standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple deadlines
