Job Description
$1400-$1800 a week. This is percentage position - 27% of the line haul. 1 round is usually about $472 - needs to be a minimum of 3 rounds per week. Round robin (most of the time)
MUST BE ON TIME.
Bring steel up to customer and bring back scrap / crush cars back to Midlothian. Most of the time it is a drop / hook. some loads do need to be tarped depending on the customer
Driving Responsibilities
- Transporting finished goods and / or raw materials
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and light preventative maintenance as needed
- Comply with all commercial motor vehicle regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Report defects accidents or violations
- Class A CDL required
Pay/Benefits/Perks

Qualifications :
- Class a CDL required
- At least 23 years old.
- 1 year of driving experience with a Class A commercial vehicle drivers license.
- No DWI or DUI listed on MVR in the past three (3) years.
- No more than one at-fault accident on MVR within the past three (3) years.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen as established by the U.S. Department of Transportation in 49 CFR Parts 391 and 40.
