Pipefitter

FLINT is currently hiring an Apprentice Pipefitter for a permanent position in Pincher Creek AB. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour days and benefits after 300 hours worked. 

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year experience in pipefitting.
• Valid Journeyperson/Apprentice Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • H2S Alive
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
