Team Member - Engineering (HVAC)

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations including guiding and coaching employees ensuring equipment safety and maintenance and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review maintaining product quality coordinating training conducting initial incident investigations and managing process orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Initiation of change controls incidents and closure of the same within the time lines.
  2. Preparation and review of SOPs and OIs related to engineering HVAC dept.
  3. Responsible to prepare/review of Qualification protocol and reports.
  4. Ensuring the implementation of CAPA and justifications (wherever applicable).
  5. Responsible for incident investigation related to engineering of HVAC
  6. Responsible to involve and co-ordinate internal and regulatory audits.
  7. Responsible for engineering projects execution.
  8. Protocol executions and review as applicable.
  9. Preparation and review of HVAC periodic performance verification schedules.
  10. Coordination with external agency for timely execution project activities.
  11. Verification of HVAC periodic performance verification activities and review of the documentation with respect to performance verification.
  12. Responsible to ensure Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in facility.
  13. 1. Responsible for attending review equipment breakdown activities.
      2. Ensure and review of equipment PMP activities as per schedule.
      3. To ensure BMS EMS operations and trouble shooting.
      4. Review of Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) activities and alarms.
      5. Calculation and compilation of monthly Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT) for all applicable controlled storage area.
      6. Responsible to verify and review of logbooks.
      7. Ensure to maintain general equipment spares.
      8. Ensure to upkeep of equipment service floor.
      9. Preparation and review of vendors technical agreement/quality agreement.
      10. Adherence to safety GMP compliance.
      11. Responsible to review the layouts.
      12. Responsible to follow up shift personnel and vendors for smooth operations and maintenance HVAC system.
      13. Responsible to ensure Qualification activities related to HVAC.
      14. Preparation of daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification

A Diploma/.

Minimum work experience

3 to 6 years of experience

Skills & attributes Technical Skills

• Knowledge in BMS/EMS Systems.
• Good understanding of GMP and good laboratories practices.
• Experience in granulation blending and tablet inspection.

Behavioural skills

• Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
• Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers.
