About the Role
We are looking for a smart sharp-minded Lead Recruiter / Non-IT Manager who brings not just experience but ownership insight and intent to lead recruitment in the Broking and Financial Services domain. This role demands more than just hard workit needs smart execution market awareness and strong client and candidate management skills.
This is a remote opportunity but its not a work-easy role. We seek someone who thrives in dynamic environments understands urgency and acts like a true partnerto clients to candidates and to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across Broking Wealth Management BFSI and Financial domains.
Strong grasp of industry terminologies and functional roles such as Equity Advisors Relationship Managers Compliance Officers Dealer/Traders and Risk Analysts.
Act as a client success partner by understanding JDs business priorities team structures and expectations deeply.
Build rapport and hold meaningful conversations with candidates to assess attitude skills and fit.
Use tact empathy and sharp negotiation skills to onboard top talent effectively.
Create and manage MIS tracker sheets and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
Take ownership of follow-ups offer rollouts documentation and joining coordination.
Communicate requirements clearly to sourcing teams and drive results with team collaboration.
Maintain strong coordination with clients and internal team for timely closures.
Stay self-driven maintain accountability and work with a performance mindset daily.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT/BFSI recruitment preferably with broking clients.
Strong in MIS Excel communication and follow-ups.
Excellent understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate psychology.
Someone who can lead from the front inspire the team and act like a sniper in tough-to-close roles.
Ability to own the desk drive closures independently and report effectively.
Fluent English communication is non-negotiable.
Result-oriented adaptable coachable and positive team spirit.
