I am looking for a sharp reliable PT Operations Assistant to help keep my day on track manage projects handle follow-ups and generally help me stay ahead of the chaos. Youll be my right hand for both day-to-day tasks and big-picture projects.
What Youll Be Doing:
Following up on emails calls tasks if I say remind me I need you to actually remind me.
Billing and budgets knowing where the money goes.
Helping coordinate meetings prepping documents and handling logistics.
Managing project timelines tracking action items and making sure deadlines are met.
Taking initiative if you see something that needs handled you jump on it.
Keeping me sane when the days get busy I appreciate honesty and a sense of humor.
You are a Good Fit If You:
Are organized detail-oriented and can juggle multiple priorities without panicking.
Communicate clearly and professionally I like direct respectful communication.
Know your way around Google Workspace email systems AI and basic project tools.
Are proactive I dont micromanage but I expect follow-through.
Can handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
Dont need constant hand-holding I appreciate problem-solvers.
