Job duties include but are not limited to:
Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies procedures and sales systems.
Organize schedules training interviewing hiring and setting goals.
Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in car sales - main focus is creating strategies budgets and promotions to empower teams.
Appraise trade ins
Stock in vehicles
Proper safe handling of sensitive client information
Lot management/merchandising
Employee Requirements:
- Strong F&I background is required
Growth mindset emotional stability ability to work on a team and strong customer service focus.
Leadership-focused
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
Compensation:
Starting at $15K per month based on meeting performance metrics
Hours:
The Sales Department hours range from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- This is a full-time position weekend availability required
