The Candidate and Responsibilities


The Manager of Corporate Operations & IT position is based out of Vancouver.

Applicants for this position will be self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative and will possess strong interpersonal skills be attentive to detail and able to build trusting relationships.

The candidate will report directly to the VP of People and Culture and work in conjunction with all Departments.

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the office and IT functions while also supporting internal communications and strategic initiatives. The Manager of Corporate Operations & IT will be active in the following primary responsibilities both in an individual and team setting:

Corporate Operations (approx. 40%)

IT Management & Technologies ( approx. 60%)

The Candidate will also be someone who is completely aligned with Hungerford Properties Core Values.

Our Compensation & Benefits Philosophy


Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary bonus and potential LTI program. The typical hiring range for this position is $100000 - $110000 per year. The actual offered salary may vary and will depend on individual experience qualifications and market condidtions for the role. We are also pleased to offer the following benefits:
