$4000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time Part-Time Per Diem Weekends Only
8-hour 12-hour 16-hour Shifts
$30.65 to $34.00/hr
- $1.00/hr (Evening) $2.00/hr (Night) $3.50/hr (Weekend)

The Opportunity:
Were looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role youll help provide essential nursing care monitor resident health and ensure the highest standards of service in collaboration with CNAs and RNs. We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
Key Duties:
Deliver direct care and nursing treatments
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Coordinate with CNAs to support resident care plans
Manage medication administration and documentation
Support communication with residents and their families
Qualifications:
NY State LPN License (active)
CPR certification
Prior LTC or hospital experience (preferred not required)
