About You
As the Maintenance Technician youre a dependable self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive customer-centric approach to your work whether its responding to an emergency request working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.
In this role you will:
Complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
Provide ongoing assistance and support in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
Respond to and complete work orders and projects.
What youll bring:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in building/property maintenance.
Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems.
Experience with plumbing HVAC systems/maintenance painting drywall and light carpentry/construction projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook MS Word MS Excel).
OSHA 10 hour General Industry Safety Training is preferred.
Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
A valid drivers license.
Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $27/hour to $41.60/hour
Our hourly ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
