They are a full-service commercial real estate company owning managing and leasing industrial land office retail and multi-family properties across Northeast Indiana and surrounding areas.
Were seeking ambitious individuals to become Commercial Real Estate Brokers. In this role youll represent our client in leasing selling or managing commercial properties. Youll also provide market expertise negotiate deals and ensure successful transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and negotiations.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Professional etiquette (phone/email).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies.
- Analyze properties (BOV market comparables).
- Prepare marketing materials and prospect new clients.
- Negotiate agreements and manage documentation.
- Collaborate with staff for knowledge sharing.
- Bachelors degree (or a Senior finishing) in real estate business finance marketing sales or a related field.
- 5 years experience in business to business sales.
