Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Host! As a Front Desk Host you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests providing a warm and friendly welcome.

With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process respond to inquiries and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Your role as a Front Desk Host is crucial in shaping the overall guest experience leaving a lasting impression and ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary.

If you have a passion for delivering excellent service enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills we invite you to join our team. This position requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule. 1 year of hotel front desk experience is preferred but were willing to train the right candidate with a similar background in customer service.

From breakfast lunch and dinner to exceptionally curated private events pop-up dinners and local gatherings utilizing all nine acres of our beautiful property. Our Chefs garden fruit and olive orchards and vineyard provide a truly unique farm to table experience for our guests and staff alike. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A FRONT DESK HOST

As a Front Desk Host at our hotel you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional guest service to our valued guests. The main responsibilities will include checking in and out hotel guests serving as the primary point of contact for guest communications via telephone email and mail/message service as well as assisting with hotel reservations and concierge services. In this role you will be the face of our organization greeting guests with a gracious and professional demeanor.

You will verify guests registration information collect any necessary additional information such as identification and length of stay and handle payment transactions. Additionally you will provide guests with their room keys and guide them to their rooms ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. When guests check out you will ensure that all balances are paid and that the room key is returned.

ARE YOU THE FRONT DESK HOST WERE LOOKING FOR

To be successful as a Front Desk Host at our hotel you will need to have strong attention to detail ensuring that all assigned duties are performed with accuracy and follow-through. A courteous and cooperative demeanor is essential as you will be interacting with guests co-workers and management on a daily basis.

Proficiency in English communication is crucial as you will be responsible for speaking reading and writing in English to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues. Additionally you should have good mathematical skills enabling you to compute and manipulate calculations necessary for payment transactions and other tasks.
