We are seeking an empathetic and proactive individual with a strong background in mental health and wellbeing to play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting employee mental health and overall wellbeing across our organisation.
You will be a clear communicator able to convey initiatives and recommendations using effective and accessible messaging. A pro-active view of problem solving is essential along with a non-judgemental approach to supporting both employees and programs.
Youll utilise your expertise in mental health to support psychosocial wellbeing strategies and drive psychosocial workplace safety including the delivery of mental health first aid training (licensing as a MHFA will be supported).
You must be skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation with experience working with a range of diverse stakeholders.
