Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a dedicatedPharmacy Technician 2- Medication Historyto join the role will be full-time Monday Friday rotating shifts. Every other weekend Sign-on Bonus eligible.

Pharmacy Technician 2 Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies according to established policies.
- Accurately pre-packs medications and restocks code cart and stock kits.
- Restocks assigned areas puts away unused medications in addition to utilizing want book and associated inventory management procedures.
- Orders items properly stocks shelves processes returns and identifies vendor errors.
- Accurately fills automated dispensing devices and unit dose pick first doses and floor stock.
- Assists Pharmacist in drug selection and counting medications accurately.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:High School or GED.
- Experience:One (1) year Pharmacy Technician experience. One (1) year IV training/experience required.
- Certification:Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Virginia or a Pharmacy intern license. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 3 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Medication history.
