Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a MID-TERM (12-24 months ahead) point-of-view on transmission congestion to manage Luminants risk and uncover speculative opportunities in forward Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) and related markets. While the Transmission desk also engages in day-ahead and real-time activity this roles core deliverable is a forward-looking forecast that informs hedging and trading decisions one to two years before delivery.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Education Experience & Skill Requirements
3 years of job related experience or equivalent experience and training which provides commensurate level of knowledge skills and ability required
Self-motivated individual who is flexible to respond to a host of different challenges manage multiple projects and changing priorities when needed is required
Highly ethical individual with focus on trading book value while complying with all norms and regulations both external and internal
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make concise assessments from large amounts of data
Excellent written and verbal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
