With venues across the Hobart area we are always seeking people that love to bring the fun to work and provide our customers with a high level of service. Are you someone who can get the job done managing multiple tasks at once all whilst bringing good energy and enthusiasm for their work
We are looking for front of house staff across a number of our Venues whether it be Bar work at Cooleys a Bistro superstar at Beltana Hotel or Food Beverage and Gaming staff at the Black Buffalo Hotel.
About the role:
- have a natural ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people and customers.
- Be a team player bringing energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
- Ensure accurate processing of dockets including cashiering duties.
- Setup and reset the bar and bistro including function activities as required.
- deliver amazing service good knowledge of Tasmania food and beverages.
- have the ability to anticipate guest needs and upsell our product offering.
Experience:
- Have previous experience in food and beverage bar or gaming environment.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
- A positive attitude and love for hospitality.
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) and Sr. Keno certification or willingness to take it
- Be available for flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
