Job Description
The Northampton Public Schools is seeking a Pareducator!JFK Middle School Paraeducator (1)32.50 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8:05 a.m. 3:05 p.m. Hourly Pay Rate: $23.04 - $29.07 based on experience. Start Date: August 25 2025 Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or its equivalent: ParaPro or similar assessment program certificate or 48 hours college credits preferred. Professional development as working with young children. IF HIRED: Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS Fingerprint Background Checks prior to start of :Full benefits and privileges are consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Paraeducator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
