Job Description
General Laborer Entry-Level Welding Opportunity
Location: Fernley NV
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided)
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring motivated individuals for General Laborer positions in Fernley NV. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning a skilled trade such as welding. While some prior welding experience is preferred we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and committed to showing up and working hard. No background check is required; however candidates must be able to pass a drug screen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery used to punch holes in steel beams
- Assist in assembling trusses by tacking joists together
- Support rigging operations as needed
- Contribute to welding tasks under supervision
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Some welding experience is preferred
- Must wear steel-toed boots
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
