Job Description
P1-C1-TSTSWindows 11 desktop packaging and imaging using SCCM Support End user on windows 11 OS issues and trouble shooting . Working hours EST time zoneThis position involves working with business application owners and our automation solution to fulfil application delivery automation and troubleshooting requirementsWe will need to package business applications and automate our application deployment processes for Windows 10/11 and VDIs on behalf of direct customersExcellent communication skillsutomate the installation and configuration of (package) Windows applicationssecurity patches Windows feature updates drivers language packs and vulnerability fixes for physical/virtual servers and PCs in a format compatible with SCCM or other client-side application deployment systems in conjunction with our automation develop coordinate and manage application packaging projectsConduct Root Cause Analysis and remediation efforts on major Windows application packaging and Windows application deployment issues and coordinate packageimprovements/fixes with customer IT departments.5 years of application packaging experience in an enterprise Information Technology department or with an IT service development experience especially with scripting and knowledge of VBScript AutoIt and/or PowerShell.5 years of hands on Windows desktop Packaging and Imaging using SCCM3 year hands on Windows desktop supportSolid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Sound knowledge of automation and scripting
