- 10-15years of experience with Senior or lead or architect experience.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand user stories and design appropriate solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Implement and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and other Salesforce tools.
- Develop custom workflows triggers and process automations to meet specific business needs.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems utilizing REST SOAP and Bulk APIs.
- Ensure that all solutions are developed in line with Salesforce best practices considering performance security and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Work with the team to troubleshoot and refine existing solutions ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to implemented solutions.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features applying them to enhance solutions where applicable.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP and Bulk APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforces declarative tools including Flows Process Builder and Visual Workflow.
- Ability to interpret and implement business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including governance limits and security.
- Experience with SOQL SOSL and Salesforces object model.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Exposure to advanced Salesforce features like Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
