Key Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP PP/QM Consultant with at least 10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- End-to-end implementation experience in PP/QM modules (at least one full life-cycle implementation required).
- Industry experience in Discrete Manufacturing such as:
- Automotive
- Heavy Equipment
- Semiconductor Equipment
- Medical Device Manufacturing
- Strong experience with Make-to-Order (MTO) production and Variant Configuration in SAP PP.
- Expertise in QM processes:
- Quality in Procurement
- In-Process Quality Inspections
- Goods Receipt Quality Management
- Quality Notifications
- Integration experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
Additional Good-to-Have Skills:
- Debugging skills in ABAP to aid in functional troubleshooting.
- Cross-functional integration knowledge particularly with SAP MM.
- Experience in SAP SCM/APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) with a focus on:
- GATP (Global Available-to-Promise):
- Characteristics-based product availability
- Rules-based ATP
- At least 7 years of GATP experience
- Minimum 2 GATP implementations (hands-on configuration and user-exit exposure required)
- Strong functional knowledge in:
- Order Promising
- Third-party Shipments
- Intercompany Business Processes
- Order Fulfillment and Transportation Scheduling
- Proficiency with CIF (Core Interface) technologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to directly interact with business users and resolve complex production issues.
