Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Physical Therapist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Fairfield IA 52556
Assignment Start Date: 7/7/2025
13 weeks Nights 8-hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- Previous PT experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelors (B.A. B.S.) Masters (M.A. M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations.
- Current BLS required
- Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse)
EMR Used: EPIC knowledge/experience preferred
Shift Information: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
