Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an Occupational Therapist(OT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Prophetstown IL 61277
Assignment Start Date: 7/28/2025
13 weeks Days/Nights 8/12-hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed per week

Experience:
- Must have 1 year of professional SNF experience.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- An active unrestricted Occupational therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory
EMR System: Knowledge or experience desired
