Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(COTA). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Keizer OR 97303
Assignment Start Date: 7/1/2025
26 weeks Days 8-Hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- New Grad is okay.
- SNF Experience preferred
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(COTA) in the State of OR
EMR System: Experience preferred
Shift: Days
Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
